Key Responsibility Areas:

Acquisition of new customers as well as ensuring best customer service to the existing customers.
Enhancement of the relationship by cross-selling products and services as per the Profile & need of the customers.
Managing HNI clients and selling various banking products to generate revenue.
Retention of the customers by providing the best possible services and dedicated point of contact for these customers.
To provide the service to the Customer in Branch and responsible for Request( Account/Investment) with sourcing the new client to the bank
Dealing with the existing client for all banking assistance. With the support of my operation team for all type of bank transaction
Selling products likeCASA, LI, MF, GI, CC, Gold Loan, SIP etc.
Handling of the Classic customers those who are maintaining of Minimum Balance of Rs: 1 Lakh and above.
Taking care of them through banking services.
Achieving income target through the Classic customers.
And also source of the CASA accounts to individual and their families.
Providing time to time service to the above customers and Selling of products like life insurance, personal loans, Lap, auto loans, credit cards, and handling of Bank Operational works. Increasing of CASA Book Values.
